Target Information
PDCD2는 SCF(NIPA) 복합체의 필수 구성 요소로, 사이클린 B1(CCNB1)의 유비퀴틴화 및 분해를 매개하여 유사분열 진입을 조절합니다. 세포 주기 의존적 인산화는 SCF(NIPA) 복합체의 조립을 조절하며, CCNB1 유비퀴틴화 활성을 간기(interphase)로 제한합니다. PDCD2의 비활성화는 간기에서 CCNB1의 핵 축적 및 조기 유사분열 진입을 유도할 수 있습니다. 또한 NPM-ALK 매개 신호전달에서 항아포토시스 역할을 할 가능성이 있습니다.
