Target Information
UGT2B4는 UDP-glycosyltransferase 계열에 속하며, 잠재적으로 독성인 외인성 물질(xenobiotics) 및 내인성 화합물의 결합과 제거에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 효소는 다수의 hydroxylated estrogens(예: estriol, 4-hydroxyestrone, 2-hydroxyestriol) 및 xenobiotics(예: 4-methylumbelliferone, 1-naphthol, 4-nitrophenol, 2-aminophenol, 4-hydroxybiphenyl, menthol)에 작용합니다.
또한 hyodeoxycholic acid의 6α-hydroxyglucuronidation을 수행할 수 있습니다.
