이 효소는 다수의 hydroxylated estrogens(예: estriol, 4-hydroxyestrone, 2-hydroxyestriol) 및 xenobiotics(예: 4-methylumbelliferone, 1-naphthol, 4-nitrophenol, 2-aminophenol, 4-hydroxybiphenyl, menthol)에 작용합니다.
