Product Specific Information
- IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris와 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C, 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
PSA(Prostate Specific Antigen)는 전립선 상피세포에서 생산되는 키모트립신 유사 세린 프로테아제로, 칼리크레인 계열에 속합니다. 정액 내에 풍부하며, 전립선암 환자의 혈청에서 검출됩니다. PSA는 주로 간에서 유래한 세린 프로테아제 억제제인 알파-1-안티키모트립신(ACT)과 복합체를 형성하며, 전립선암에서는 양성 전립선 비대증보다 ACT와의 복합체 비율이 높습니다. PSA는 원발성 및 전이성 암종에서 전립선 선세포 기원을 확인하고, 비전립선성 암종을 구별하는 데 사용됩니다.
