Target Information

Transforming acidic coiled-coil (TACC) 단백질은 세포 중심체(centrosome) 및 미세소관(microtubule)과 상호작용하는 보존된 단백질군으로, 암 발생과 관련이 있습니다.
TACC2 유전자는 세포주기 동안 centrosome에 집중하며, 종양 발생 영역에 위치합니다. Erythropoietin에 의해 발현이 유도되며 유방암 진행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
여러 전사 변이체(transcript variants)가 보고되어 있습니다.
