Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
CD79b is the B cell antigen receptor Ig beta chain (BCR-Ig beta), which associates with the Ig alpha chain to form a functional heterodimer that interacts with membrane immunoglobulin (mIg). The mIgM component binds antigen, while the Ig alpha/Ig beta heterodimer transduces signals.
