Target Information
DOK1 (P62dok, Docking protein 1)은 주로 세포질 내 어댑터 단백질로 알려져 있으며, MAP kinase 활성화를 억제하고 세포 증식 및 변형을 억제하며, 세포 확산 및 이동을 촉진합니다. DOK1은 c-kit, v-abl, vFPS, EGF, PDGF 등 여러 티로신 키나아제의 주요 기질로 작용합니다. 인슐린 수용체 키나아제에 의해 티로신 잔기가 인산화되면 인슐린 신호 경로를 음성 조절합니다. N-말단에는 pleckstrin homology 도메인이, C-말단에는 10개의 PXXP SH3 인식 모티프가 존재합니다.
