CD11b (integrin alpha-M, ITGAM, integrin alpha-X, ITGAX)는 165 kDa 부착 분자로, integrin beta-2 (CD18)와 비공유결합적으로 결합하여 CD11b/CD18 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 복합체는 integrin alpha-M beta-2, Mac-1, CR3 (complement receptor 3)로도 알려져 있습니다.
CD11b는 단핵구/대식세포, 과립구, 활성화된 림프구, 일부 NK 세포, 수지상세포 및 뇌의 미세아교세포 표면에 발현됩니다. CD11b/CD18은 ICAM-1 (CD54), ICAM-2 (CD102), ICAM-4 (CD242), CD14, CD50, CD23, 헤파린, iC3b, 피브리노겐, Factor X 등의 수용체로 작용하며, 세포 간 및 세포-기질 간 상호작용에 중요합니다.
CD11b는 비장세포의 약 8%, 골수세포의 44%, 흉선세포의 1% 미만에서 발현되며, 신경조직에서 미세아교세포 표지자로 자주 사용됩니다. 단핵구 성숙 과정에서 발현이 증가하며 조직 대식세포 간 발현 수준이 다릅니다. 복강 대식세포는 비장 대식세포보다 높은 CD11b 발현을 보입니다. CD11b 이상은 전신성 홍반루푸스 등과 관련되어 있습니다.
