Target Information
이 유전자는 myotubularin 관련 단백질을 암호화하며, 인산화된 phosphatidylinositol 3,5-biphosphate 및 phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate를 탈인산화하는 phosphoinositide phosphatase입니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 상염색체 우성 중심핵 근육병과 관련이 있으며, 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사체 변형이 생성됩니다. 이 유전자의 유사유전자는 염색체 18에 존재합니다.
