For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The ERBB2 (neu/HER2) oncogene is a well-established predictor of patient outcome and therapeutic response in breast cancer.
C35 (C17orf37) is a novel tumor biomarker abundantly expressed in breast cancer. Identification of shared tumor-specific targets aids in developing broadly applicable therapies.
The C35 gene is located on chromosome 17q12, 505 nucleotides downstream from the 3′ end of the ERBB2 oncogene, the antigenic target for trastuzumab (Herceptin) therapy.
The genes encoding C35 and ERBB2 are arranged tail-to-tail. The ORF 37 open reading frame encodes a 12-kDa protein of unknown function.
