Target Information
Human IgG3 (human immunoglobulin G3)는 항원 자극에 의해 면역계에서 생성되는 인간 IgG 항체의 아형(subclass) 중 하나입니다. 혈중에서 가장 적은 비율을 차지하며, 병원체 방어에 있어 비교적 작은 역할을 담당합니다. IgG3는 특정 항원에 결합하여 식작용(phagocytosis) 및 보체 활성화(complement activation) 등의 기전을 통해 항원을 제거합니다. 또한 항체 의존성 세포독성(ADCC) 및 독소 중화 반응 등 다양한 면역 반응에도 관여합니다.
