Target Information
MDM2 단백질은 p53 단백질 안정성의 주요 조절자입니다. MDMX는 MDM2 관련 단백질로, MDM2와의 상호작용을 통해 p53의 분해를 억제합니다. MDMX(MDM4로도 불림) 유전자는 악성 교종에서 증폭 표적이 될 수 있습니다. ARF 단백질은 MDMX를 핵소체 내에 격리시켜 p53 전사활성을 증가시킵니다. 또한 MDMX 발현은 MDM2에 의한 p53 분해를 억제하면서 p53의 전사활성 억제를 유지합니다. MDMX는 p73에도 결합하여 그 안정성을 증가시킵니다.
