사용 전 단백질 용액을 미세원심분리기로 짧게 원심분리 후 상등액만 사용하면 응집체로 인한 비특이적 염색을 줄일 수 있습니다.
적절한 항체 희석 비율은 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.
