For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Programmed death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1, also known as B7-H1) is a B7 family member that binds to programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1), a negative regulator of T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling.
Upon PD-1 ligation, PD-L1 reduces TCR-mediated proliferation and cytokine production. PD-L1 is abundantly expressed in many human and murine cancers and can be upregulated by IFN-γ stimulation, indicating its potential role in tumor immune evasion.
