Target Information
C9orf114은 단백질 코딩 유전자로, 유사분열 중 중심체가 양극에 결합하도록 하는 데 필요하며 염색체 배열에도 관여합니다. 또한 중심체 성숙을 촉진하고, 초기 유사분열 단계에서 A-kinase anchor protein AKAP9을 중심체로 유도하는 역할을 합니다. miRNA MIR145 헤어핀에 특이적으로 결합하여 MIR145 발현을 전사 후 수준에서 조절합니다.
