Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

CD45RB is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase and a CD45 glycoprotein.
CD45 is crucial in lymphocyte development and antigen signaling, serving as a key regulator of Src-family kinases. It promotes cell survival by modulating integrin-mediated signal transduction and is involved in DNA fragmentation during apoptosis.
CD45 isoforms differ in their extracellular domains but share identical transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains. Their expression depends on cell type and physiological state.
CD45RB is expressed in microglia and inflammatory cells. CD45 is expressed on cells of the human hematopoietic lineage, except for mature red cells.
