HLA-DR beta는 HLA-DR 단백질 복합체의 베타 사슬로, 인간 백혈구 항원(HLA) class II 분자의 구성 요소입니다. 이 단백질은 HLA-DRB 유전자에 의해 암호화되며, 수지상세포, 대식세포, B세포 등 항원제시세포 표면에 주로 존재합니다.
이들은 항원을 포획, 처리 및 제시하여 T세포가 이를 인식하도록 하는 면역 반응의 핵심 역할을 합니다. HLA-DR beta는 세포외 도메인, 막관통 도메인, 세포질 꼬리로 구성되어 있으며, 세포외 도메인은 항원 펩타이드와 결합하는 홈을 형성합니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 Immunopeptidomics 연구에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피와 질량 분석법을 통해 신항원(neoantigen)의 식별 및 특성 분석을 가능하게 합니다.
