Reconstitution:

• Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
• The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature.
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
• The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Their diverse roles include:

• Influencing smooth muscle contraction and cell volume

The KCNG4 gene encodes a modulatory subunit of the potassium channel, voltage-gated, subfamily G. It is strongly expressed in the brain, and multiple alternatively spliced variants have been observed in both normal and cancerous tissues.
