Target Information
Protein kinase A (PKA, cAMP-dependent protein kinase)는 세포주기, 세포 간 신호 전달, 기억 형성 및 행동에 중요한 신호전달 경로의 핵심 요소입니다. PKA는 두 개의 catalytic (PKAc) 서브유닛과 두 개의 regulatory (PKAr) 서브유닛으로 구성됩니다. cAMP 결합 시 복합체가 분리되어 PKAr dimer와 활성화된 두 개의 PKAc monomer를 형성합니다. PKAc는 핵으로 이동하여 여러 핵 수용체 활성화에 관여하며, PKAc에 의한 삼투압 의존적 유전자 발현 조절은 cAMP 비의존적입니다. 인간은 세 가지 PKAc 서브유닛(alpha, beta, gamma)을 발현하며, alpha는 대부분의 조직에서, beta와 gamma는 조직 특이적으로 발현되며 gamma는 고환에서 주로 발견됩니다.
