Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

ECM1 (Extracellular Matrix Protein 1)은 세포외기질 구성 및 세포 부착 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 단백질입니다. 피부, 폐, 간 등 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 암 및 피부 질환 등 여러 질환의 발달과 진행에 관여합니다. ECM1은 콜라겐, 피브로넥틴 등 여러 세포외기질 단백질과 상호작용하며 세포 증식, 이동, 침윤을 조절합니다. 또한 연골내 골형성, 혈관신생, 종양 생물학에도 관련되어 있습니다. ECM1 유전자의 돌연변이는 리포이드 프로테이노시스(Urbach-Wiethe disease)와 같은 피부 및 점막 비후 질환과 관련되어 있습니다. ECM1은 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 여러 이소형으로 존재합니다.
