Target Information
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs, or GPRs)는 7개의 막관통 도메인을 포함하며, 이질삼합체 G 단백질을 통해 세포 외 신호를 전달합니다.
GPR101의 발현은 인간 시상하부, 미상핵(caudate), 피각(putamen)에서 관찰되었으며, 시상(thalamus), 해마(hippocampus), 전두엽(frontal cortex), 교뇌(pons)에서는 검출되지 않았습니다.
