Target Information
PAK 단백질은 Rho GTPases를 세포골격 재조직화 및 핵 신호전달에 연결하는 중요한 효과기입니다. Serine/threonine p21-activating kinase 계열의 PAK 단백질은 Cdc42 및 Rac과 결합하여 다양한 생물학적 활동에 관여합니다. 활성화된 상태의 Rac1 및 Cdc42와 결합 시 자가 인산화를 유도하며, 특히 Ser19, Ser141, Thr402 잔기에서 인산화가 관찰됩니다. 인산화 후 PAK 단백질은 Rac/Cdc42 복합체로부터 분리되어 하위 기질로 작용합니다.
