Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
For longer periods, store small aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freezing and thawing cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), such as GPR34, are integral membrane proteins containing seven putative transmembrane domains (TMs).
These proteins mediate signals to the interior of the cell via activation of heterotrimeric G proteins, which in turn activate various effector proteins, ultimately resulting in a physiologic response.
