Target Information
RIPK3는 serine/threonine protein kinase를 포함하는 receptor-interacting protein (RIP) 패밀리의 구성원으로, 다른 RIP 계열과 구별되는 고유한 C-말단 도메인을 갖고 있습니다. 주로 세포질에 존재하며, 미토콘드리아와 공존하며 핵 내 이동 신호에 따라 핵-세포질 간 셔틀링이 가능합니다.
RIPK3는 TNF receptor-I 신호 복합체의 구성 요소로서 apoptosis를 유도하고 NF-kappaB 전사 인자를 약하게 활성화할 수 있습니다. 또한 caspase-8은 RIPK3 의존성 괴사를 억제하며, CFLAR과의 복합체 형성을 통해 보호 기능을 수행합니다.
