Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Formalin-fixed tissue staining: Heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
AKT1 (PKB alpha)는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, 세포 생존을 조절합니다. 활성화된 효소는 apoptosis를 억제하고 세포 주기 진행을 촉진하며, 다양한 세포 유형(특히 암세포)에서 여러 표적 단백질을 인산화합니다.
AKT1은 인슐린, PI3K, IGF1 및 기타 성장·생존 인자에 의해 활성화됩니다.
Akt 경로는 apoptosis 억제 인자(Forkhead 전사인자, Caspase-9 등)를 인산화하여 세포 생존을 촉진하며, 암 치료제 개발의 주요 타깃으로 알려져 있습니다.
