Target Information
NOLA1은 리보솜 생합성과 텔로미어 유지에 필수적인 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 H/ACA small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (H/ACA snoRNP) 복합체의 구성 요소로, rRNA의 pseudouridylation을 촉매합니다. 이는 uridine의 ribose 결합 위치를 N1에서 C5로 변환시키는 반응으로, rRNA 구조 안정화에 기여합니다. 또한 NOLA1은 telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) 복합체의 RNA 구성 요소인 TERC의 처리 및 핵 내 이동에 관여할 수 있습니다.
