Target Information
The RBM10 protein contains RNA recognition motifs found in various RNA-binding proteins, including hnRNPs and snRNP components. It is involved in regulation of alternative splicing and RNA binding, with preference for G and U polyribonucleotides.
This gene is located on chromosome Xp11.23, within 20 kb upstream of UBE1. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
