Target Information
Zinc finger proteins contain DNA-binding domains and perform various transcriptional activation or repression functions. Most zinc finger proteins have a Kruppel-type DNA-binding domain and a KRAB domain, which interacts with KAP1 to recruit histone-modifying proteins.
ZNF329 (zinc finger protein 329) is a 541 amino acid nuclear protein with twelve C2H2-type zinc fingers, involved in DNA binding and transcriptional regulation.
