Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The DBNL gene encodes a highly conserved mini-chromosome maintenance protein (MCM) essential for eukaryotic genome replication initiation. MCM proteins form a hexameric complex crucial for pre-replication complex formation and DNA helicase activity. Phosphorylation by CDC2 kinase reduces helicase activity and chromatin binding. The gene is located on chromosome 8 near PRKDC/DNA-PK, involved in DNA double-strand break repair.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been reported.
