Target Information
UNC5B는 netrin 수용체로, 신경계 발달 중 축삭 유도(axon guidance)에 필수적인 역할을 합니다. 리간드 결합 시 신경 성장 원뿔의 축삭 반발(axon repulsion)을 매개하며, DCC와의 상호작용을 통해 반발 신호를 유도할 수 있습니다. 또한 netrin 리간드가 결합하지 않은 경우에는 의존성 수용체로 작용하여 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 유도하며, DAPK1을 활성화시켜 자가억제 인산화를 억제함으로써 촉매 활성을 증가시킵니다.
