Target Information
ASH1 (also known as ASH1L) is a member of the trithorax group of transcriptional activators.
This protein contains four AT hooks, a SET domain, a PHD-finger motif, and a bromodomain.
It localizes to multiple small speckles in the nucleus and to cell-cell tight junctions.
Diseases associated with ASH1 include Mental Retardation, Autosomal Dominant 52, and Pulpitis.
