Target Information
The GRB7 gene encodes a growth factor receptor-binding protein that interacts with multiple receptor tyrosine kinases such as EGFR and ephrin receptors. The protein is involved in integrin signaling and cell migration through interaction with focal adhesion kinase (FAK). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
