For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
LTA4H hydrolyzes the epoxide moiety of leukotriene A4 (LTA-4) to form leukotriene B4 (LTB-4). The enzyme also exhibits peptidase activity.
