For Flow Cytometry – 100 Assays

The MitoProbe™ DiIC1(5) Assay Kit provides ready-to-use solutions of the membrane-potential-sensitive cyanine dye DiIC1(5) and the mitochondrial membrane-potential disrupter CCCP, enabling the study of mitochondrial membrane potential in eukaryotic cells.

DiIC1(5) penetrates the cytosol and accumulates in mitochondria with active membrane potentials, producing bright far-red fluorescence. The fluorescence intensity decreases as mitochondrial membrane potential declines, making this kit ideal for assessing mitochondrial health and apoptosis processes.
