The GlobalFiler™ PCR Amplification Kit is the first 6-dye, 24-locus STR kit that combines maximum compatibility with global databasing loci standards. It offers dramatically reduced amplification time and superior discrimination power, helping forensic DNA laboratories maximize information recovery and improve efficiency.

This kit is part of a fully integrated and validated forensic DNA workflow, supported by global training, service, and technical support. It is optimized for casework samples and also available in a format containing an internal quality control (IQC) system.

The GlobalFiler kit is a robust and reliable single-amplification STR multiplex kit optimized for challenging casework samples. It incorporates new dyes for additional markers, generating the most discriminating kit available to the forensic community.

It includes all markers in major global databases, including 10 mini-STRs, ensuring optimized results even from highly degraded samples. Developed for casework applications, the buffer system enhances performance with inhibited and low-concentration DNA samples.

The kit utilizes advanced oligo synthesis and purification technologies to provide a clean baseline and balanced profile, simplifying data analysis. Maintenance of NGM SElect and Identifiler primer sequences ensures maximum concordance with previously typed samples. Multiple gender markers enable accurate typing of male samples, including degraded or Y-negative samples, while expanded allelic ladder ranges include all rare alleles described in STRbase.
