Target Information
Coagulation factor IX is a single chain polypeptide with a molecular mass of approximately 57 kDa. Normal concentrations of factor IX in human plasma are about 3 µg/mL. Deficiency or lack of coagulation activity of factor IX is associated with the X-linked disorder haemophilia B.
