TYRO3 (tyrosine-protein kinase receptor TYRO3)는 세포외 기질의 리간드(TULP1, GAS6 등)와 결합하여 세포 내로 신호를 전달하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제입니다. 이 단백질은 세포 생존, 이동, 분화 등의 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여하며, 리간드 결합 시 이합체화 및 자가 인산화를 유도하여 하위 신호전달 단백질의 도킹 부위를 제공합니다. 활성화된 TYRO3는 신경세포 보호, 혈소판 응집, 세포 부착 및 세포골격 재구성 등 다양한 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
