- 항-FRUCTOSE-6-PHOSPHATE KINASE 항체는 goat 항혈청 및 rabbit muscle 유래 F6PK에 대해 단일 침전 아크를 형성하는 IgG 분획 항체입니다.
- 근육 유래 F6PK와 높은 서열 상동성을 가지므로 다른 조직 유래 F6PK에 대해서도 교차 반응성이 예상됩니다.
- 간 유래 F6PK에 대해서는 부분적인 반응성이 있을 수 있습니다.
Target Information
Tight junction은 상피 또는 내피 세포 간의 접착 구조로, 세포 주변을 둘러싸는 연속적인 밀폐 구조를 형성하여 용질과 물의 자유로운 이동을 방지합니다. 본 항체가 인식하는 단백질은 high endothelial cell 사이의 tight junction에 위치하며, junctional adhesion molecule (JAM) 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 다른 패밀리 단백질과 약한 상호작용을 형성하며, leukocyte cell line에는 결합하지 않습니다.
