Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)은 130 kDa 막당단백질로, scavenger receptor cysteine-rich 수퍼패밀리에 속하며 hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체로 작용합니다.
CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈에 의한 산화 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하고, 헤모글로빈/핵단백 복합체의 엔도사이토시스를 통해 철의 흡수 및 재활용에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 인간 단핵구와 대식세포 표면에만 발현되며, 염증 후기 단계에서 주로 나타납니다. IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 발현이 증가하며, LPS 및 PMA는 세포 표면에서 CD163의 shedding을 유도합니다.
또한 CD163은 칼슘 및 pH 의존적 방식으로 hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체에 결합하며, HP1F 표현형의 다중체형 핵단백 복합체에 대해 더 높은 친화성을 보입니다. 신호 전달 과정에는 티로신 키나아제 의존적 칼슘 이동, 이노시톨 삼인산 생성, IL6 및 CSF1 분비가 포함됩니다.
