Target Information

TSPAN15는 transmembrane 4 superfamily(일명 tetraspanin family)에 속하는 단백질로, 대부분의 구성원은 네 개의 소수성 도메인을 가진 세포 표면 단백질입니다. 이들은 세포 발달, 활성화, 성장 및 이동 조절에 관여하는 신호전달 사건을 매개합니다. 또한 이 유전자에서는 대체 polyadenylation site의 사용이 보고되었습니다.
