- AP(Alkaline Phosphatase) 결합체의 특이 활성(specific activity)은 약 150–350 units/mg입니다.
- 1 unit은 21°C, pH 10에서 60초 동안 1.0 μmol의 p-nitrophenyl phosphate를 p-nitrophenol과 무기 인산으로 가수분해하는 효소 활성량으로 정의됩니다.
