Target Information
NuMA (nuclear mitotic apparatus) is a long coiled-coil protein involved in both interphase and mitosis.
During interphase, it is hypothesized to play a structural role in the nucleoskeleton, contributing to nuclear organization and function.
During mitosis, NuMA is associated with spindle microtubule organization and chromosome positioning.
