Thin Wall Micro Reaction Tubes Benefits
- Optimal contact with sample block for efficient heat transfer
- Prevents cross-contamination
- Secure seal for oil-free thermal cycling
- Individual 0.2mL tubes require 8 or 12 strip caps for sealing
- Fabricated from virgin polypropylene
- Highly polished inner surface for maximum sample recovery
- Recommended maximum volume for thermal cycling: 100µL
- Maximum fill volume for post-cycling reagent addition: 200µL
- Non-sterile, autoclavable at 121°C, 15 PSI for 15 minutes (remove immediately)
- Strip tubes and caps may be easily cut
