Target Information
PSA(Prostate Specific Antigen)는 전립선 상피세포에서 생성되는 키모트립신 유사 세린 프로테아제로, 칼리크레인 패밀리에 속합니다. 정액 내에 풍부하며, 전립선암 환자의 혈청에서도 검출됩니다. PSA는 주로 간에서 유래한 세린 프로테아제 억제제인 α1-antichymotrypsin(ACT)과 복합체를 형성합니다. 전립선암에서는 양성 전립선 비대증보다 ACT와 결합된 PSA의 비율이 높습니다. PSA는 원발성 및 전이성 암종에서 전립선 분비세포 기원을 확인하고, 비전립선성 암종을 구별하는 데 사용됩니다.
