For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

HABP2 is an extracellular serine protease that binds hyaluronic acid and participates in cell adhesion.
The protein is synthesized as a single chain and undergoes autoproteolysis to form a functional heterodimer.
Further autoproteolysis produces smaller inactive peptides.
HABP2 cleaves urinary plasminogen activator, coagulation factor VII, and the α and β chains of fibrinogen, but not prothrombin, plasminogen, or the γ chain of fibrinogen.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
