Target Information
약 50%의 다발성근염/피부경화증(PM-Scl) 중복 증후군 환자에서 PM-Scl로 불리는 핵/인핵 입자에 대한 자가항체가 보고되었습니다. Exosome component 10 (EXOSC10)은 autoantigen PM/Scl-2로도 불리며, PM-Scl의 100 kDa 항원 성분으로 대부분의 PM-Scl 환자 혈청에서 인식됩니다. EXOSC10은 핵소체에 강하게 존재하며, 소량은 세포질에서도 발견되어 핵소체 RNA exosome 복합체 형태의 존재를 시사합니다. 3’→5’ exonuclease 활성을 가진 RNA exosome 복합체의 촉매 구성 요소로서, EXOSC10은 다양한 RNA 처리 및 분해 과정에 관여합니다.
