Target Information
LYVE1은 림프관 벽의 주요 히알루로난(HA) 수용체로 확인되었습니다. 322개의 아미노산으로 구성된 type I integral membrane glycoprotein으로, CD44 HA 수용체와 41% 유사성을 보입니다. LYVE1은 용해성 및 고정화된 HA 모두에 결합하며, 주로 림프관 내피세포에서 발현됩니다. 이는 백혈구 및 종양세포의 림프절 이동 조절에 관여하며, 림프관 특이적 마커로 활용됩니다. LYVE1, PALE, VEGFR3, podoplanin 등이 림프관 내피의 대표적 표지자로 알려져 있습니다. LYVE1 기능 이상은 Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
