Target Information
TAS1R1은 추정 미각 수용체로, TAS1R3와 함께 감칠맛(umami) 자극 및 대부분의 L-아미노산에 반응하지만 D-에난티오머에는 반응하지 않습니다. 종 내 및 종 간 서열 차이는 미각 반응의 선택성과 특이성에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 강하게 발현되는 조직은 혀의 유두(fungiform papillae)입니다.
