Target Information
Destrin은 actin-binding protein ADF family에 속하며, 세포 내에서 actin turnover rate을 증가시키는 역할을 합니다. 이 단백질은 actin filament(F-actin)를 절단하고 actin monomer(G-actin)에 결합합니다. 두 가지 상이한 isoform을 인코딩하는 transcript variant가 보고되어 있습니다.
