Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
For formalin-fixed tissues, heat sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
The LSP1 gene encodes an intracellular F-actin binding protein expressed in lymphocytes, neutrophils, macrophages, and endothelium.
It may regulate neutrophil motility, adhesion to fibrinogen matrix proteins, and transendothelial migration.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
