Target Information
Olfactory receptor activated by several primary trace amines, including isoamylamine. Activated by isoamylamine and cyclohexylamine, but not by the corresponding alcohols (isoamylalcohol, cyclohexanol). This receptor is probably mediated by the G(s)-class of G-proteins which activate adenylate cyclase. [GeneCards]
